Looks like they've already decided upon the style of light fittings though!!... not so sure that the backfill is actually the space hub itself though

The spaceport area is about 300 hectares, the launch pad and control point are about 4 hectares. From here, in 2022, it was able to take off small commercial satellites and launch vehicles, designed and manufactured in Scotland. The full capacity of the space hub is up to 12 launches per year into an orbit up to 1000 km above the Earth.
