The name sounds like it is out of a sci-fi novel (and it is totally my cup of tea)! Nothing has flown from there, but the place has been inviting tourists in, but I don't have the foggiest idea about how the residents are faring. Perhaps the UK can learn a few things on preparing the neighbourhood for the port.
Richard Branson and his Virgin empire were involved in that project too, so maybe it's a preview as to what we can expect. I believe it's been billed as "the world's first purpose-built commercial spaceport." Would it be too cheeky to wonder where the first accidentally-built commercial spaceport is located?
